LOUISVILLE, Colo.—Envysion, a managed video surveillance as a service (VSaaS) provider based here, on May 7 announced its acquisition of analytics developer LightHaus Logic.As part of the acquisition, Envysion gained some of LightHaus' employees. Canna Security looks to grow with $1m investment

Second annual summit for managed and hosted video
