U.S. International Trade Commission rules in favor of Nortek

BEDFORD, Mass.—VideoIQ, maker of security cameras and encoders with analytical and storage technology, announced this week that it has earned 10 new patents in the U.S. and the U.K. The company now holds more than 25 international patents.
The patents apply to VideoIQ's content-aware storage technology, which encompasses sensing, analysis and mass storage, and to intelligent, pattern-based video analytics with tracking, search and classification capabilities, according to its press release....
