IDIS announces completion of Costar acquisition

COPPELL, Texas—Global security company IDIS announced that its acquisition of electronic security products provider Costar Technologies has been completed.
IDIS and Costar have enjoyed a long-term existing ODM (original design manufacturer) relationship – approximately 60 percent of Costar Video products are already made by IDIS. COPPELL, Texas—In the month since it closed a $10 million cash deal to buy CohuHD, Costar Technologies and CohuHD have closed three deals together.
