COPENHAGEN, Denmark—Milestone Systems has announced that chief executive officer (CEO) Thomas Jensen has stepped down from his position, effective immediately.
Chairman Lau Normann Jørgensen noted that Vice Chairman of the Board Jeppe Frandsen will serve as acting CEO until a permanent successor is named and will no longer be part of the board. Seymour Liebman, executive vice president of Canon, will join Milestone’s board as vice chairman.
