Judge dismisses patent infringement lawsuit against Mobotix

NEW YORK—A patent infringement lawsuit against Mobotix Corp. has been dismissed. Chief U.S. District Judge Fred Biery dismissed the suit, filed by San Antonio, Texas-based e-Watch Inc., according to Mobotix, a provider of network-based surveillance systems.
