YARMOUTH, Maine—Several companies that are active in the physical security space were listed on the Deloitte 2011 Technology Fast 500, released in October. Deloitte is a global professional services firm and has been compiling the list since 1995. Award winners were selected based on percentage of fiscal-year revenue growth from 2006 to 2010. LAS VEGAS—What was new on Day 1 of ISC West 2011? As usual, there were a number of partnership announcements and a couple of acquisitions; new this year was lots of talk about physical security information management systems. PSIM announcements abounded on the show floor.
